The Envirowall aluminum door frame and glazing system is ideal for use in both demountable and standard drywall partitions. The 3-piece competitively priced door frame provides an attractive, versatile alternative to hollow metal and wood door frame systems. Since the frame is prefinished, it eliminates costly, time consuming jobsite painting. Door frames are offered with factory mounted hinges and strike plate with custom hinge and/or strike plate placement provided if requested.

Easily adapted to most situations allowing the design of full height frames, less than full height, transoms (both glass and wood), and glazed screens in almost any design desired. Aluminum door frames are designed to be used with door thicknesses of 1 ¾” and are available in 2 different throat sizes:
3 ½” (2 ½” metal stud and ½” board each side)
4 ⅝” (3 ⅝” metal stud and ½” board each side)
PERFORMANCE FEATURES INCLUDE
STEEL PLATE HINGE REINFORCEMENT
Each individual hinge is backed by a steel plate. This feature allows the hanging of solid core or wide oversized doors with no future performance failures.
FACTORY MOUNTED HINGES
An added benefit for installing contractors. Frames can be installed faster and doors ordered pre-mortised and pre-machined to match.
ONE PIECE SIDELITE HEADERS
Door frame with sidelite kits have a one piece header providing a sturdy and fast installation.
GLAZING COMPONENTS
The Envirowall glazing components offer more design flexibility than competing systems. The designer can create small or irregular shaped windows with no resulting on site fabrication issues. The two part Envirowall glazing bead also allows glass to be installed more “tightly” to finished opening.
