Envirowall prefinished panels are available from a wide range of stock colours and patterns. We also offer lamination of custom finishes allowing the design community an almost unlimited range of choices. The four foot wide square edge pre-finished panels are available in ½” standard core or 5/8” Type X thicknesses, with lengths from 8’ to 12’. To construct office partitions, pre-finished gypsum panels are typically attached to both sides of generic 2 ½” metal studs using edge clips. Panel erection is done in a “progressive” fashion which also provides easy dismantling should any future retrofit be desired. The use of a variety of pre-finished trims completes the installation.

Envirowall gypsum lay in ceiling panels are an attractive and economical alternative to acoustical (glass or mineral) type panels supported in suspended ceiling grid systems.
Panels consist of a 2 mil white vinyl laminated to Type X gypsum board. Available in 2’ x 4’ of 2’ x 2’ sizes (custom sizes available upon request), they are used with standard suspended grid systems offering a fast, low-cost installation. Clean room ceiling panels are also available featuring sealed edges and back.

GLAZING COMPONENTS
more design flexibility than competing systems. The designer can create small or irregular shaped windows with no resulting on site fabrication issues. The two part Envirowall glazing bead also allows glass to be installed more “tightly” to finished opening.
FACTORY MOUNTED HUNGES
Frames can be installed faster and doors ordered pre-mortised and pre-machined to match.Each individual hinge is backed by a steel plate. This feature allows the hanging of solid core or wide oversized doors with no future performance failures.
ALUMINUM DOOR FRAMES & GLAZING MEMBERS
The Envirowall aluminum door frame and glazing system is ideal for use in both demountable and standard drywall partitions. The 3-piece competitively priced door frame provides an attractive, versatile alternative to hollow metal and wood door frame systems. Since the frame is prefinished, it eliminates costly, time consuming jobsite painting. Door frames are offered with factory mounted hinges and strike plate with custom hinge and/or strike plate placement provided if requested.
Easily adapted to most situations allowing the design of full height frames, less than full height, transoms (both glass and wood), and glazed screens in almost any design desired. Aluminum door frames are designed to be used with door thicknesses of 1 ¾” and are available in 2 different throat sizes:

Used to compliment pre-finished gypsum panels, Envirowall offers the option of wrapped trims to match specified demountable partitions. Available in four different profiles, they are installed after pre-finished gypsum panels are erected. Compared to the more common coloured P.V.C. trims, they provide a more aesthetically pleasing demountable partition.
Trims are available in 4 profiles for use in demountable partitions. Matching wrapped wood trims are also available in various shapes and sizes. These are typically used to complement pre-finished gypsum panels in the commercial modular industry.
